  16. I tried to install an update of dvipsk (current was dvipsk-5.55a)
  17. I download dvipsk-5.58f, did the configure, the make, 
  18. but at the make install it complained that it could not find
  19. install-sh.  This file in only in the dvipsk-5.58f top directory, 
  20. not in one of the three sundirectories. I copied it into those three
  21. subdirectories (make, dvipsk, kpathsea) but although it does
  22. proceed furthur, after some time it still complains for not
  23. finding  install-sh.
